CBMA  is organizing 2016’s National Congress of Biochemistry in Guimarães on the 8th and 10th of December. The meeting will take place in the main auditorium of the University of Minho at the Azurém Campus. Over the course of the 3 day event several plenary lectures will be held by Leonel Cancela from Universidade do Algarve (Portugal), Jorge Ruas from the Karolinska Institute (Sweden), Giovanni Mann from King’s College London (UK), Enrique Cadenas from University of Southern California (USA) and Arsélio Pato de Carvalho from Universidade de Coimbra (Portugal). The various symposia will the following, diverse, themes:
